Matched bettors were dealt another blow to their potential profits just days after the T&C’s of one of the most profitable Acca-Insurance offers by William Hill was significantly amended.
Acca Insurance offers have been one of the more profitable promotions for many matched bettors throughout the football season. Using certain laying techniques it is possible to return a profit on every ACCA you place when an acca insurance offer is applied. However, William Hill, who until recently ran one of the more generous Acca Insurance offers, amended the terms of their offer which meant that the potential profit was significantly reduced.
Now, just days later, Coral have announced they have completely withdrawn their Acca Refund offer and have replaced it with a 10% boost promotion on 4+ fold accumulators.
Coral have withdrawn their acca insurance offer
The new William Hill Acca Insurance Offer
Previously William Hill offered a refund, as a free bet, up to £50 if one leg in your accumulator let you down which made it the most profitable accumulator offer out there. Their amended offer now gives just a £20 refund which slashes the potential profit matched bettors can make on each accumulator.
The terms of the offer from William Hill were previously also very generous with no minimum odds requirements on selections from certain football leagues. However, odds have now been set to a minimum of 1.2 which reduces the chances of your accumulator coming in and will have an effect on your returns if using a non-guaranteed laying method.
Is this the end of Acca Insurance offers?
Not yet. Although the recent amendments and withdrawals from Will Hill and Coral are not good news for matched bettors, especially with the new football season just days away, there are still plenty of bookmakers that offer accumulator refunds that can be very profitable.
Who still offers Acca Insurance?
There are many bookies who still run acca refunds including : Winner, Titan, Ladbrokes, 888Sport, SportingBet, William Hill, BetStars, 138, Vernons, McBookie, Bwin, BetMcLean, DafaBet, BoyleSports, 21Bet, Toals, MintBet, TommyFrench, BruceBetting, PaddyPower, Betfred, GentingBet, BetVictor to name a few.
Providing these bookmakers don’t follow suit with Coral, matched bettors will still have a reliable profit source for the football season ahead.
