BetVictor recently announced that following discussions with Horseracing Bettor Forum (HBF), they have introduced a £500 Bet Guarantee market, allowing all customers to win up to £500 on each UK & Irish horse race.
Horseracing Bettor Forum have raised awareness of the number of betting accounts which have been restricted and/or closed due to punters winning and consider this implementation from BetVictor 'an extremely positive step forward for British and Irish racing bettors'.

For the first time with a major operator, punters will be able to back any horse to win a minimum of £500 regardless of the class of race.
Having discussed a number of issues with the team at BetVictor earlier in the year, HBF was heartened by their commitment to a fairer betting environment.
Of course, actions speak louder than words, and today's announcement is an extremely positive step forward for British and Irish racing bettors as well as a palpable demonstration of BetVictor's commitment.

what this means for customers
The Bet Guarantee means that even members who have had their accounts closed or restricted in the past can now place bets on UK & Irish horse races and be in with the chance of winning up to £500. Members of BetVictor who have had their accounts closed or restricted must email the BetVictor support team and request that their accounts are opened and that the Bet Guarantee market be available to them.
A recent Tweet from BetVictor on August 20th 2018 read:
"Customers who have been previously excluded from Sportsbook as a trading decision should email [email protected] with the details. These accounts will be considered for wagering on this market only."

Customers can find the 'Bet Guarantee' market below the standard horse racing markets across all UK & IRE horse racing pages. Bet Guarantee is available from 11am on the day of the race on win and each way single bets.
Unfortunately, offers such as Best Odds Guaranteed and Each Way place terms will not apply to any bets placed using 'Bet Guarantee'. Customers who are only eligible to place bets using Bet Guarantee will not be able to use BetVictor for matched betting as they will not be eligible for offers & promotions.
